Crested Butte The self-proclaimed Wildflower Capital of Colorado |
In the past, I’ve only come to Colorado to ski. So it was a joy to drive into Crested Butte
during the summer time with wildflowers blooming, crystal clear streams racing along next to the highway, and green mountains in the background.
We spent a week communing with each other and nature . . . and with hikes, a rafting
trip and swinging from ziplines down the mountain. It was a week full of fun and recovery. I thank
everybody there for the experience strength and hope they gave me and the
motivation to continue to grow personally.
Our group of Houston gals had so much fun!! And I am thrilled to now call several other
travelers my friends J The pictures say it better than I ever could
in words.

I hate goodbyes . . . and I probably won’t see these
gals for months. But I can gladly say, I
will be back to Crested Butte!
